Universe: MCU with inspiration from 616
Summary: New York City is still rebuilding in the wake of the Chitauri army when the biotech virus Extremis is released, upgrading a lone domestic terrorist into a posthuman threat. Tony would’ve been happy to keep going on playing with alien tech in his lab, saving average citizens as Iron Man, and pretending not to notice these other people moving into his tower, but sometimes a person just can’t have nice things.
My notes: a really good update of the extremis arc for movi everse. Also Bruce and Tony talk bout D&D and that is awesome

Summary: "Okay, house rules,” Clint said, leaning back against the backrest of the booth they were seated at. “It can't be a random celebrity, or something. It has to be someone you actually know. Someone you'd go to if you suddenly found yourself gay and then had to have sex right away."
Steve thinks drinking with the team will be a good bonding session for their newest Avenger, but, as usually happens with his people and alcohol, things go kinda sideways.
My notes: super hilarious, kept me smiling the whole time

Summary: Howard had wanted Tony to be more like Steve, which only adds to the tension between Tony and Steve as the team comes together. Tony enjoys pushing Steve's buttons in order to make him seem less perfect. Eventually, though, they start working things out. There's a nice slow build to the relationship, and both Tony and Steve are well-characterized. This was published just pre-movie, so some things aren't totally in line, but it's excellent
My notes: a good story that takes our boys from atagonistic to friends and more!

My notes: Girl!Tony is one of my favorite things in the whole world and this story just really nails it!

My notes: lets just say this one is so good it made me like established relationship fic. It also really flushes out the world of asguard, plus distressed/ sick tony is the best!

Tony thinks it's taking too long and is boring and he just really wants to show Steve all the cool shit he's missed out on.

Summary:So, Iron Man apparently needed better surge protection in his suit. He was falling, straight out of the sky into the middle of Manhattan, and Peter could only hope--only hope--only shoot his web and yeah, his aim was true, and yeah, Iron Man bounced as lightly as a golf club on a windscreen, but the webbing held. Peter fired again, snaring Iron Man and easing him to the ground as strand after strand of web broke in a beautiful display of applied physics.
They landed in an alley between two buildings. "Are you okay?"

Put My Guns in the Ground (I Can't Shoot Them Anymore) series
Universe: MCU
Pairing: steve/tony
Summary: There's no magic answer, no single moment of catharsis that will make it all go away, so all you can do is keep walking and make it work.
My notes: a two part series one story from Tony's POV and one from Steve's. tony's Story deals with his PTSD from afghanistan and Steve's deals with his adjustment to the modern world. The story is pitch perfect and I love it. Even though it is dealing with PTSD it doesn't get too dark, it stays light in tone and has a sweet happy ending.

Summary: (Kind of AU in which Stark Industries doesn't exist (anymore) and S.H.I.E.L.D. is akin to MI6); Pre-slash Tony Stark's day job is resident genius. Since he has an entire computer system into himself as a remote operating system, his other day job is running S.H.I.E.L.D.'s R&D with Dr. Banner (BROS 4EVA), trying to make Director Fury cry (close, but no cigar) and flirting with All the Agents, All the Time. Agent Iceberg (AKA Super-perfect Super-soldier Double-Oh-Awesome Agent Rogers) is immune to many things, apparently, and Tony is one of them.
My notes: the beginning of a really awesome AU, just a snippet into the life, I really wish there was more.
NEW This Wasn't What the Brochure Promised

Summary: "Do you think this is still a training exercise, or did we just get our asses handed to us by actual bad guys?" asked Clint.
Tony, Steve, Clint and Bruce spend quality time together in a cave. Tony does not build another arc reactor (even if he sort of needs one). Steve is all Protective Leader. Clint is terrifyingly good with a knife. Bruce bleeds and snarks. There is banter and embarassing amounts of schmoop and the boys get very touchy-feely.
Turn Around (Three Times Before Lying Down)

Universe: MCU AU
Summary: Everyone knows that Tony Stark is a playboy, billionaire philanthropist, but what they don’t know is that he’s also a werewolf. When a government agency known as SHIELD finds out, they use this information to force Tony’s hand and bring him into a new elite lycan field team, codename The Avengers Initiative.
Suddenly Tony finds himself playing host to a bunch of lycans, a misplaced God of Thunder and an experimental supersoldier that isn’t as dead as everyone assumed. Can his week get any worse?
My notes: the relationship feels a little rushed, but the story has a plot beyond werewolf fic and has a lot of found family feels.

Summary: What my darling brother means is that he’d like a threesome. Or the one where tony has a twin sister and they both like steve.
My notes: hot and sweet. A fun short series. I really like the dynamic between the three of them
Weighing of the heart

Summary: Steve Rogers hasn't really had a particularly easy life. He's struggled along, he's proud of himself, he's self-sufficient and capable and he works damn hard. He has friends and a purpose and he's only a few semesters from graduating college. He's managed, but his life has been far from easy. That's mostly because of a slight filing error. The last thing that Steve needed was someone to watch over him. The only thing that his Guardian Angel needs is a second chance to make a first impression.
My notes: super adorable, and hilarious in turns. Sometimes slightly heartbreaking. A wonderful ride that left me smiling all day.

Summary: Loki accidentally turns Tony into a woman. Steve is less than thrilled. Hijinks ensue.
My notes: a very good look at the more serious issues of a genderswap story, its not all humor an haha you have tits now, plus there is a plot going on that is more than just genderswap, and there is a lot of dealing with awkwarness between team members because of comics stuffs
America isn't chicken

Pairing: Steve/Tony
Summary: After a Civil War, death, rebirth, a takeover by Osborn, brain deletion, and the fall of Asgard, Steve and Tony might just be starting to get back on solid ground with one another. Things aren't perfect, not yet, but they can be in the same room as each other without resorting to violence, and they've even managed to share a smile or two.
Seems like the perfect time, then, for Tony to try and fuck it all up with a stupid game of gay chicken.
Meanwhile, as if he didn't have enough to worry about, Tony realizes some kind of supervillainous trouble is brewing when increasingly advanced armors start popping up all over Manhattan, looking strangely reminiscent of his tech. On the other side of the world, Steve gets news that Zola is on the move in Russia, with some sort of nefarious plan at work.
Which will ruin them first? Will it be this unknown armored villain who is after Tony's tech? Or will it be Zola unleashing his mysterious plan on the world? Or will Steve and Tony prove to be their own worst enemies, destroying the tentative truce they managed to forge with their own stubbornness?
My notes: Long and plotty with the boys doing what they do best, being in denial. I think they were in denail a bit too long, but overall a super enjoyable story. Plus, super hot sex scenes!

Summary:Death threats are an unfortunate side-effect of being Tony Stark, so he's learned to ignore them. The problem is, when someone really wants you dead, hiding your head in the sand just kinda exposes your ass.
But it's not just Tony's behind on the line. Whoever wants him dead wants him to suffer first, and they're willing to do anything to make that happen. Tony knows there's only one way out. To save Steve, the Avengers, and the general public, Tony has to die. Of course, death isn't always the end, and Tony does what any other self-disrespecting scientist would do: he finds a way to fake his death and avenge his own murder.
The trouble is, terrible decisions usually have a terrible price, and this one is no different. Tony has a chance to save the day, but the cost may be more than Tony was ever expecting to pay…
My notes: Long and very plotty. It incorporates a lot from the 616 universe and has a lot of my favorite characters in it (wolverine, Luke cage, Spider-Man, ms marvel).

Summary:Age of Ultron-based, but not entirely canon compliant. Written for the 2013 Cap-Iron Man Reverse Big Bang. Ultron has attacked, obliterating most of the world's superheroes and resistance in a matter of hours. The remaining heroes band together and share what strength they have to get through it, to survive, and defeat Ultron once and for all. Steve Rogers grieves in the wake of the disaster and the heroes' defeat, and no one knows if he will be able to provide the leadership they need--but Tony Stark isn't about to let him slip away that easily
My notes: An angsty story with a lot of tony and steve leaning on each other. Has a happy ending though

Summary: The giant squid spewing sex pollen wasn't the strangest part of anyone's week. Captain America's behaviour after the fact, however, was making Tony wonder how deeply they were all affected, and what exactly was going on.

My notes: first of all this is a WIP. Second of all PLEASE PLEASE HEED THE WARNINGS AND TAGS THIS IS NOT A HAPPY STORY! This story is full of angst and woe on every side, but it is done so carefully and beautifully. Your heart just breaks for every character involved..

My notes: this story is awesome, the little girl in this story is a fully fleshed out well developed character with realistic problems, tony and steve both have their problems as well

There's a lot of talking, mostly at inopportune moments, Tony's views on the acceptable gifts to give people are slightly different from everyone else's and he spends more time than would seem necessary being (half-)naked. What else is new?

my notes: absolutely stunning, one of the best avengers stories I have read. the alien culture is fully flushed out and interesting. all the characters in the story get screen time, and the story takes you on one hell of a ride.

Summary:As far as stupid decisions went, Tony was fairly certain that nothing would ever top sleeping with the sheriff. In his defense, he hadn’t known who the attractive blonde was at the time, and he wasn’t planning on staying long enough for the sheriff to find out who Tony was, either. It wasn't just the law Tony was running from, it was the past as well, and he couldn't afford to wait around for it to catch up to him. Now if only he could convince himself to leave.

Tony would’ve been happy to keep going on playing with alien tech in his lab, saving average citizens as Iron Man, and pretending not to notice these other people moving into his tower, but sometimes a person just can’t have nice things.
My notes: a really good update of the extremis arc for movi everse. Also Bruce and Tony talk bout D&D and that is awesome

There's a nice slow build to the relationship, and both Tony and Steve are well-characterized. This was published just pre-movie, so some things aren't totally in line, but it's excellent

Peter fired again, snaring Iron Man and easing him to the ground as strand after strand of web broke in a beautiful display of applied physics.

My notes: a two part series one story from Tony's POV and one from Steve's. tony's Story deals with his PTSD from afghanistan and Steve's deals with his adjustment to the modern world. The story is pitch perfect and I love it. Even though it is dealing with PTSD it doesn't get too dark, it stays light in tone and has a sweet happy ending.

Agent Iceberg (AKA Super-perfect Super-soldier Double-Oh-Awesome Agent Rogers) is immune to many things, apparently, and Tony is one of them.
My notes: the beginning of a really awesome AU, just a snippet into the life, I really wish there was more.

My notes: the relationship feels a little rushed, but the story has a plot beyond werewolf fic and has a lot of found family feels.

The last thing that Steve needed was someone to watch over him. The only thing that his Guardian Angel needs is a second chance to make a first impression.
My notes: super adorable, and hilarious in turns. Sometimes slightly heartbreaking. A wonderful ride that left me smiling all day.

Summary: After a Civil War, death, rebirth, a takeover by Osborn, brain deletion, and the fall of Asgard, Steve and Tony might just be starting to get back on solid ground with one another. Things aren't perfect, not yet, but they can be in the same room as each other without resorting to violence, and they've even managed to share a smile or two.
Seems like the perfect time, then, for Tony to try and fuck it all up with a stupid game of gay chicken.
Meanwhile, as if he didn't have enough to worry about, Tony realizes some kind of supervillainous trouble is brewing when increasingly advanced armors start popping up all over Manhattan, looking strangely reminiscent of his tech. On the other side of the world, Steve gets news that Zola is on the move in Russia, with some sort of nefarious plan at work.
Which will ruin them first? Will it be this unknown armored villain who is after Tony's tech? Or will it be Zola unleashing his mysterious plan on the world? Or will Steve and Tony prove to be their own worst enemies, destroying the tentative truce they managed to forge with their own stubbornness?
My notes: Long and plotty with the boys doing what they do best, being in denial. I think they were in denail a bit too long, but overall a super enjoyable story. Plus, super hot sex scenes!

But it's not just Tony's behind on the line. Whoever wants him dead wants him to suffer first, and they're willing to do anything to make that happen. Tony knows there's only one way out. To save Steve, the Avengers, and the general public, Tony has to die. Of course, death isn't always the end, and Tony does what any other self-disrespecting scientist would do: he finds a way to fake his death and avenge his own murder.
The trouble is, terrible decisions usually have a terrible price, and this one is no different. Tony has a chance to save the day, but the cost may be more than Tony was ever expecting to pay…
My notes: Long and very plotty. It incorporates a lot from the 616 universe and has a lot of my favorite characters in it (wolverine, Luke cage, Spider-Man, ms marvel).
